Faroughi try to explain the Iranization ideal formulated by Mahmud Afshar and other Persian ethnicists and, practised by Reza Shah, touching on two key concepts, national unity and Iranization, in thought of Mahmud Afshar. Afshar don’t use the concept of Iranization, but he designed the national unity on the basis of Iranization (in fact Persization) in Iran, based on that Americanization policy was accomplished in American society.
